Rehmannia Eight Combination (Ba Wei Di Huang Wan) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula from Kan Herb's Kan Essentials line, adapted for veterinary use by Dr. Steve Marsden. It is marked for professional use — dosing is guided by your veterinary practitioner.
Each 2-tablet serving (1,000 mg) provides a proprietary blend of eight classic herbs: prepared rehmannia root, Chinese yam, Asiatic cornelian cherry, poria, Asian water plantain, tree peony root bark, Chinese cinnamon bark, and prepared aconite root. Suggested use is 2-3 times daily by weight: 1-10 lbs ¼ tablet, 11-20 lbs ½ tablet, 21-35 lbs 1 tablet, 36+ lbs 2 tablets.
