Aji Peach

Our Aji Peach hot sauce is made with ripe peaches, Syrian Aleppo, and Peruvian Aji Limón chiles. Not sweet, but balanced and layered with a warm, citrus heat. Perfect on fish tacos, roasted chicken, avocado toast, or as a marinade.

Unlike most makers who use Aleppo as a dried spice and Aji Limón as a paste, we use both peppers fresh — capturing their full depth of flavor and natural complexity. The result is a sauce that opens with raisin-like notes and a hint of cumin from the famed Silk Road Aleppo, followed by the lively lemon of Peruvian Aji Limón. Made with no added sugar or preservatives, and naturally low in sodium, the peach acts as an emulsifier tying the flavors together for a perfect finish.
