Salicin-B Intensive Care offers natural support for reducing issues associated with joint discomfort and mobility. White willow bark contains salicin which is a potent inhibitor of the cycloxygenase (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) enzymes. This formula features 5-LOXIN, which contains the most powerful of all boswellic acids. 5-LOXIN provides 12 times more 3-acetyl-11-keto-boswellic acid (AKBA) than traditional boswellia extracts. Both COX-2 and 5-LOX are from a family of enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. VitaBerry, a high ORAC berry blend has also been added to provide antioxidants for protection against soft tissue damage.
