Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) are herbs known for their adaptogenic and calming properties, and that mediate the effects of stress and fatigue.
